Refund policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy for merchandise. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange of your item for either an alternate product of equal or lesser value, or a Jot 'em Down Store gift card. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash value.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with no new damage, scuffs, marks, or issues. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-refundable services and items
All charges for delivery, shipping, installations, shop work, and other non-merchandise sales are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for a Jot 'em Down Store gift card. Custom merchandise (such as special orders, custom items or furniture, modified items) cannot be returned or refunded.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items (these items are notated clearance in the product description) or gift cards.
